Rachel M
Rachel McCrary
Manager – Small Business Services Enrolled Agent
Rachel is an Enrolled Agent (EA). The EA status is the highest credential the IRS awards to tax preparers. EAs are the only federally-licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. As an EA, Rachel is required to complete many hours of continuing education each year to ensure she is up-to-date on the constantly changing tax code and must abide by a code of ethics. Rachel also has held the designation of Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor each year since 2005 and provides clients with QuickBooks training and support. Rachel is certified in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online software. Rachel has conducted numerous QuickBooks workshops at the Tennessee Small Business Development Center on the campus of Volunteer State Community College. She supervises our accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services. In addition, she is responsible for the preparation of individual, corporation, partnership and LLC tax returns. Rachel is a 2005 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where she majored in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration. She is the former Secretary of the Young Professional Council of Goodlettsville and Hendersonville.

Tracey Fitch
Staff Accountant
Tracey is the Staff Accountant with GreenoCPA and prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and directly from our clients. She is extensively involved with our accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services and is also responsible for the preparation of individual tax returns. She is a 2010 graduate of SUNY-Empire State College in Ballston Spa, NY with an associate’s degree in Business, Management, and Economics and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a State of Tennessee Notary Public.

Joan Signorille
Staff Accountant
Joan Signorille is a Staff Accountant with GreenoCPA, and is responsible for daily back-office financial reporting for multiple restaurants, and for individual tax preparation.Prior to joining GreenoCPA, Joan was the Senior Vice President, Consulting and President of Quorum Purchasing Advantage for Quorum Health Resources, a hospital management and consulting company. In these roles, Joan led the functional areas that provided strategic consulting services critical to the successful operation of hospitals. Prior to Quorum, Joan held various positions in the managed care industry as a Network Contractor.  Joan has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta and a Master of Accounting from Belmont University. Joan was named the Distinguished Graduate of 2016 by the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business. Joan is a Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator.

Stephanie Jones
Accounting Assistant/CPA Firm Administrator
Stephanie is responsible for hospitality client back-office bookkeeping and financial reporting. Stephanie is also CPA firm administrator with GreenoCPA, a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a Tennessee Notary Public. Stephanie has over 10 years of experience in office administration and over 2 years of experience managing the financials of multiple small businesses.  Recently, Stephanie was an Office Manager for a group of several companies, responsible for bookkeeping and cash management.  Prior to the Office Management role, Stephanie worked for Opry Mills leasing management office where she worked on tenant sales tracking, cash management, and special projects. Stephanie is a 2009 graduate of Belmont University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.
